You don’t need to install anything. Simply go to app.scan123.com and log in with your credentials.
To create an account with Scan123, you will need to have received an invite from an Admin of that company. Your admin can invite you by logging into app.scan123.com and going to Admin Menu > User Management > Invite a new user via email.
You will only see cabinets that you have permission to access. Please reach out to your Scan123 Admin and confirm that you have been granted access to all the cabinets you need access to.
Most of the time this is caused by a cable disconnect. Please make sure that the scanner is powered on and connected to the computer. If this does not resolve the issue, please review to this article for further troubleshooting.
This issue occurs when you have the wrong driver selected, usually the WIA driver. To select the correct TWAIN compliant driver, select Tools > Settings > Scanner, and select your TWAIN compliant scanner. If you are using a Fujitsu, it will be the PaperStream IP Scanner. Please do not select any WIA Scanner drivers from this list as it is not the proper TWAIN driver.
This notification occurs when your Scanner has reached it’s recommended replacement cycle according to Fujitsu. There is a way to clear the notification without replacing the consumables. All users are able to reset their own password with the need of support. To reset your password, please go to app.scan123.com. Select the “Forgot Password” option below the login area to begin the password reset process.
